Linda Hugues

Traveling in Europe and painting are two of my favorite things!  I've created these watercolor sketches while touring France, Italy and other European countries with my husband, Chris. For me, not only are the sketches fun to do, but they help me to slow down and really see the beauty around me. 

After I return home,  I use the hundreds of photos I take as a basis for these small oil paintings.  In my studio in Tampa Florida I also create commissioned portraits and larger landscapes.  Click on my website, LindaHugues.com to see my larger pieces.
